I support people who are preparing for, or integrating, transformative experiences: shamanic journeying, NLP, sound healing, breathwork, hypnotherapy, and psychedelic experiences and psychedelic-assisted therapy. My approach is built around safety, heart coherence, and psychologically-informed care from preparation through integration, blending knowledge and practices that support physical, emotional, and spiritual health and wellbeing.

I am an accredited SOMA Transcendence Therapist, Shamanic Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, Sound Healer, Naturopath, and Registered Reflexologist. I hold a current place on the MSc in Psychedelics at the University of Exeter, which keeps me curious about how minds change and how to make those changes long-lasting. I am a SOMA Transcendence Therapy practitioner and trainer, with international accreditation through CMA and IPHM.

I am also an educator and researcher, and I deliver accredited training in space holding, SOMA Transcendence Therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. My approach is integrated rather than narrow. Sessions draw together heart-coherence work, somatic awareness, therapeutic dialogue, and safe, structured protocols for altered states. Whether the work happens in preparation, during a retreat, or in the months that follow, I focus on safeguarding, best practice, and real human connection.

Whether you are curious about a supported psychedelic journey, deepening a shamanic practice, or trying to integrate a non-ordinary experience that has already happened, I offer a space where the experience is met with care, clarity, and ongoing support through one-to-one sessions, structured protocols, app-based tools, accredited professional training, and community support.
