I am a trauma therapist (InCorr Method*), cognitive hypnotherapist, master NLP practitioner and neurodiversity specialist.

InCorr (Interoceptive Core Reconsolidation) is a structured, body-centred framework that uses phenomenological interoception to reach and resolve the primary pain of trauma. It is designed to safely reconsolidate traumatic imprints, creating lasting curative change.

I have completed the University of Exeter’s PGCert in Psychedelics: Mind, Medicine and Culture and am currently studying for the full master’s degree. I offer preparation and integration sessions for clients who are accessing psychedelic retreats.
